I have bulk powders and capping equipment and pills of the following supplements and am looking for the most effective/synergistic way of taking these:

goal: focus, memory, learning ability, mood, etc.

Acetyl-L Carnitine
Bacopa 20% Bacosides
ALA 300 mg caps
Piracetam
Choline Citrate

im thinking
3-6 g piracetam
1 g choline
1 g ALCAR
300 mg bacopa
300 mg ALA
spread throughout the day...any thoughts?

This should probably be in the nootropics forum.

Anyway, those sound like pretty standard dosages. My only recommendation would be to start out perhaps just with the piracetam and choline and then add things from there. That way if one of the elements of your stack doesn't settle well with you then you can identify what it is. For instance I've heard several reports of people feeling terrible when taking ala and alcar together at the same time. If you took your whole stack at once then you might feel like junk and toss the whole bunch never knowing that spacing your alcar and ala dose could have solved your whole problem. Some people also don't do well with bacopa during the daytime and the most effective choline/piracetam ratio seems to be slightly different for everyone. You'll just be better off all around if you ease into your stack.
