Is this a good nootopic stack?

would you say there is anything else to add?

3000mg Piracetam
2000mg Choline Bitartrate
300mg DMAE Bitartrate
200mg TMG
200mg Vitamin B5
100mg Ginkgo
1000mg L-Tyrosine
25mg Vitamin B6

and occasionally
1000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine


is this okday to take every day in the morning on empty stomach?

Where's the (R-)ALA to go with your ALCAR? Looks pretty good I guess but I would use another source of choline, maybe centrophenoxine?

Looks good. If I was adding something it would be by diversifying beyond nootropics. Adaptogens, vitamins, etc. Obviously, a couple of mg of selegiline and some modafinil in the morning would top up the nootropic effect, if you're into big guns.

modafinil exhibits the usual dose-dependence, and tolerance as do most drugs that give acute effects (such as ritalin, adderal, etc.) I wouldnt make modafanil as part of my daily stack. its like ritalin, you take it when u wanna tear thru some books, but not as a supplement.
