Alpha-GPC is really expensive. Is it worth the money to buy it?
How does it compare to other choline sources and what are your experiences with it?

BTW, I am trying to stack it with Piracetam.
I heard that Choline Citrate works just as well, but do you still need to take AGPC to get it to stack properly?
Thanks.

I would actually prefer to take CDP Choline, but I want to buy it in bulk/powder, which is unavailable anywhere; the Alpha GPC was actually supposed to be a replacement for it.BTW, I am trying to stack it with Piracetam.

Vitamin b5 stacked with lecithin should work fine.
CDP Choline is another option to replace the Alpha GPC

Does Piracetam + B5 + lecithin work as well as Piracetam + CDP Choline? What about a B-Complex? What dosage do you recommend?

Does it (B5+Lecithin+Pira) work as well as CDP + Pira? What do you mean by "taking b5 in theory helps the choline pass the blood brain barrier"?I would actually prefer to take CDP Choline, but I want to buy it in bulk/powder, which is unavailable anywhere; the Alpha GPC was actually supposed to be a replacement for it.

True, I haven't seen cdp choline in bulk, and it's also pricey.
Lecithin doesn't work well on its own, as studies have shown. Taking b5 in theory helps the choline pass the blood brain barrier. Alpha GPC and CDP Choline are effective as stand-alone supplements, whereas lecithin is not.
Taking lecithin and b5 together with a full stack of oxi, pira and ani racetams have never resulted for me in brain fog. I take minimum 4grams of lecithin, followed by 500mg (1 tab) to 1 gram (2 tabs) of timed release vitamin b5. If you don't take timed release you probably want to take 200-300mgs. This is guesswork on my behalf - you have to experiment with what works for you here.
DMAE and centrophenoxine also do the job, but in a different (and arguably not as 'beneficial') way. I've abandoned these supplements in favour of the lecithin + b5 approach, which works very well.
