  • Adrafinil (Olmifon) - Drug.
  • Caffeine - Drug. Improves concentration, idea production, but hinders memory encoding. Large amounts produce the jitters. Caffeine is the most widely used psychoactive substance in the world, and may be susceptible to strong levels of tolerance.

I'm in search for an instant concentration enhancer for weeks now but I still couldn't find what I'm looking for.About this wikipedia list it seems only nicotine is worth a try. I already use nicergoline, but don't think its a instant concentration enhancer. Caffeine and coffee won't be effective enough. Adrafinil, Methylphenidate, dextroamphetamine, modafinil, amphetamine are prescribed so I can't reach them if we think about doctors. Theophylline is actually promising but I couldn't find in tablet form on the market where I live. I don't think that anyone could find carphedon. Phenibut, much mentioned on this board, is an other promising substance but not availeble in my circumstances. What do you think is it worth ordering online? I'm a go to the market and buy type not even ordered anything online yet. Do you know anything more for instant concentration? thanks.

They are good cog-enhancers sure, but hardly any are even close to being nootropics.
