Is it just me, or does green tea ignite the effects of the nootropics?

i haven't noticed the effect particularly with green tea, though I have previously described coffee as the "catalyst" which "ignites" my nootropics. I would guess its probably to do with the caffeine, rather than anything unique to green tea.

Definitely. I find it similar to taking a caffeine pill with some sort of gaba.

theanine that is found in green tea is said to have a relaxing effect and theanine increase alpha activity in brain that means relaxed alertness. I think of taking theanine for concentration. What do you think?
