I am taking a stack of nootropics that I just got recently; they are:
1) Piracetam 2300mg, 3-4x/day
2) Idebenone approx. 45mg (hard to measure), 3x/day
3) Alpha-GPC 50% just under 1/8 tsp (about 300 - 400 mg) 3x/day
Plus some vitamins that I've been taking for a while:
4) Vitamin C (includes tiny dosages of other chemicals like lemon bioflavinoids 1.3mg) 500mg 3-4x/day
5) Alpha Linoleic Acid aka flax seed oil aka sort of like fish oil but supposedly more easily absorbed but takes more steps to turn into omega3
I also have some Lecithin powder and a B-100 complex. I'm not sure if I should be taking those though. Supposedly Lecithin helps Idebenone get absorbed, and vitamin B helps the process of choline construction.
I want to know how effective this stack will be, what I should watch out for, and should I take the B & Lecithin, or maybe even a multivitamin? I'm not willing to buy any more nootropics at least for a good 5-6 months.
I am also experimenting with different sleep patterns (ie polyphasic sleep). I'm in the adjustment phase and after taking these suppliments, I have a bit of a strange feeling, almost like my brain is overheating, for lack of a better explanation. It's mild and I think that it has more to do with my sleep than it does with the nootropics, but just to be safe, has anyone had any similar feeling to this? It seems to happen just on the left side of my head and sort of towards the back. Could be eye strain too. I don't know for sure but just being safe by asking.
So yeah, in summary, any modifications to how stack should be taken, and has anyone had similar experiences with the brain overheating?
Thanks.
