I got a bunch of 1fast400 bulk powders, various racetams and also 5htp powder. The 5htp stuff doesn't look right, though. Instead of being white like in my sources naturals capsules that I like so much, it is brownish and it tastes like BURNING. Is this normal? I guess it's kind of scary because all powders kind of look similar so any of them could be anything, but this one definitely seems weird. Anyone picked up this brand of 5htp powder before?

I just bought 7 keto dhea from them. It's the first time I've ordered from them. Now I'm concerned. A powder that's white being brown doesn't sound right nor does the BURNING part. Call them and ask about it. Don't use it.

Ah, crap.It's definitely the wrong stuff. Now I wonder about the rest of it. It should indeed be a gray-white powder with a 'characteristic' taste. Now I wonder about all the other stuff I bought.

Looks like I jumped the gun. It seems it IS grayish white, but it looked brown insided the tub. It has an odd taste, so I guess that must be what they are talking about. It is a little scary to think of getting the wrong thing, but I guess that could happen just as easilt with pills

I never liked the bulk powders from 1fast400. 1-2 years ago i ordered piracetam, alcar, bacopa and found hair in the powder and some powders clumped together because of it being wet.

That's disgusting. Now I am wondering if I should use the 7 keto I just got. Did you notify them...return it or what?

I've personally never had an issue with bulknutrition/1fast400 (same company) supplements.

All tho their support is notoriously bad.

powders tend to clump together no matter what
specially piracetam because its hygroscopic, it ABSORBS moisture from the air!!!!


the 5-htp BN sells is correct. its brown because its a %#@$ing seed extract and its only 95% pure

www.purebulk.com sells very good high quality 5-htp BULK powder
they are actually grey-white in apperance and doesnt taste like shit like BN

50g - $33

which seems better value than BN and its higher purity. i have bought from them several times.

my now 5-htp is 99% pure and is pure white and tasteless... the brown stuff is the cheap stuff, which you do not want.

just buy the now brand, its cheap.. pure & tested for peak-X

NOW doesnt sell pure 5-htp, i looked on their website...

That you very much! That is just the sort of place I needed to know about...all these supplements get EXPENSIVE.
