Hey everyone. I am trying o-tam and alpha-gpc for the first time. I have two questions however:

1. Some alpha-gpc products I've found have soy in them. One company claims that if there is anything other than the listed ingredients (like egg, nuts, etc) in the product, then you are getting ripped off. Is this true?

2. O-tam is water soluble, so is it best to take it with alpha-gpc on an empty stomach?

Thank you!

Welcome to Imminst!

1. I would hope there wouldn't be anything other than the listed ingredients. I believe it is law here in the States that if there is any substances which are known to be allergens in a product, it has to be stated on the label or the ingredient list.

2. You are correct. Take both on an empty stomach yet some of the 'fillers' in the alpha-gpc may not be very water-soluble, therefore may not dissolve totally in water. This is ok though. Take it on an empty stomach.

Good luck!

Well, I am concerned about getting ripped off. Is it normal for some caps to have soy in them? This is the gpc I am going to buy:

Jarrow Formulas is one of the best brands out there! You definitely will not get ripped off with them.

Enjoy your Alpha-GPC!
