I'm from the UK, so its pretty hard to get my hands on piracetam.
Someone on ebay was selling Primaforce Piracetam so decided to go with this option as it was reasonably priced.

My choline hadn't arrived yet so i decided to just take one serving of Piracetam to see what it did if aything (1 serving is 1000mg piracetam); i mixed one serving with about 50ml of water and drank it.

Towards the end of the day i felt really tired, i managed to get a really good nights sleep. Not convinced it was the piracetam to be honest.

The next day i decided to take 2000mg on the morning and 2000mg mid afternoon. Shortly after i took the first dose, i started to get very tired and moody, i thought it was maybe becasue of the choline i hadn't injested. So i immediately went into town and purchsed Lecigran, which contains :-

Phosphatidyl Chloine 2,100 to 2,520mg and Phosphatidyl inositol 1,260 - 1575mg per serving - i took two servings of it. I started to feel less tired about 30minutes after. I can't say for definite if it was the choline and the priacetam or just in my mind.

i' have decided to take Lecigran 3 - 4 times as day combined with; 2000mg of Piracetam twice a day ad monitor its effects.

I haven't felt anything else to be honest, and i'm usually very sensitive to supplements; like sida cordifolia, ephedra, creatine, ephedrine, caffeine all in small doses.

I'm wondering if maybe the Piracetam by primaforce is poor?
or if there is something i'm doing wrong?
Can anyone make any suggestions so that i can gain greater effects from piracemtam? i.e. different supplier? more reliable potency?
Is the choline i am consuming anygood?

Any help and adivce would be greatly appreciated.

OMFG you mixed piracetam with water and drank it? did u die from the taste?
Check you blood pressure
maybe piracetam is decreasing your blood pressure thus making you tired
does the same for me sometimes

the type of choline doesnt really matter, aslong as you get the right dose.

I take mine with water all the time. Actually, one part of my empty stomach dose is 500mg acetyl-l-carnitine, 500mg piracetam, 200mg alpha lipoic-acid, and 500mg ascorbic acid. YUM!

To the thread starter, I am currently taking the Primaforce piracetam as well. IMO, it is just as good as any piracetam you will find on the market, and that is coming from experience since I've tried a whole lot of them.

Sometimes it can take upwards of 30 days for the piracetam to kick in completely. Some recommend an attack dose of piracetam to get it into your system faster. Maybe try 4g x 3 times a day for 4-5 days with 5 tablespoons of lecithin with that daily. After this, you can take whatever dosages you like. The piracetam/choline combo is quite tricky in finding the perfect dosages for one's preferences. This will take some time possibly.

If you have any other questions, you can PM me anytime.

Welcome to Imminst and Good Luck!

I think i'll try that, although i started to feel something last night. Strange, i was just talking nonsense, felt like my words were at the tip of my tongue. My thoughts felt crystal clear and sharp! Scary to be honest.
I've woken up this morning again to feel the same, although i kept waking up in the middle of the night quite awake and hyper about nothing in particular.

I'll keep posting my results on here.
