DHEA: I think you should avoid it as you're 26. Also, even some people here who are in the right age for DHEA reported erratic results from taking it.

Selenium: you mean mcg, not mg, I presume :) . I moved down to 50mcg because, though research is very scarce, high selenium may risk diabetes, plus the 200mcg cancer prevention data wasn't very strong either.

Yeah, maybe I am too young. I will try to find natural DHEA promoters instead.

200 mcg of selenium is a good dose. The risk of diabetes, never heard of. Think that is just attributed to selenium supplemenation only and not in combination with diabetes prevention supplements (which I take).
Japanese fishermen's gets around 500 mcg selenium a day in their diet, with no apparent side effects.

Between the multi and the B-complex, might you be getting too much folic acid? 700mg is too much magnesium. I would cut it down to 400 tops. There's probably some in the multi, too, so you need to take that into account. How much calcium do you get from your diet? If it's adequate, you don't want to supplement too much; you might get a kidney stone.

I have had calcium shortage before, and I am around 800 mg in supplements today. I don't drink any milk and eat only small quantities of dairy products. I eat Vitamin K and Hexaphosphate to antagonize the risk for calcification.
However I am considering to cut my clacium dose to below 400 mg from supplements.

I am only taking 400 mcg folic acid today.
