I'm looking for rec for a good multi for women (I can take them individually if needed). I don't eat dairy so my main concern is lack of calcium. I would rather take iron separately when I feel I need it. I don't want to get into tmi, but I don't think I need much iron. For Calcium I've looked at Jarrow Bone-Up as it seems recommended here. I'm not sure how it would interact with a multi, or if I would end up od'ing on some of the ingredients if I also take a multivitamin.

From what I've read here Ortho-core is the most popular and complete when it comes to multi-vitamins/minerals supplements but I'm not sure if they make multi's specifically designed for women like other companies such as Now Eve (contains 18 mg of iron), Source Naturals women's life force (contains 6 mg of Iron) and GNC (sells women's multi's with or without iron).

Thanks Dmitri. I'll check that out. I've heard of the other three brands but not Ortho-core.

Am I the only woman on this board?

Your welcome.

I'm not sure how many women post here, the only other female poster I know is Shannon.
