I didn't watch the video, but just seeing the list above, some comments. Both gingko and COQ-10 don't seem to have strong scientific evidence behind them. Chondroitin and glucosamine were recently "outed" as not being better than placebo: see here.

Melatonin, D3, and Omega 3s seem to be pretty popular around these parts.

Yeah I agree Mind. I didnt think that he was a very good on his particular sups he also had really dated info on Resv (not sure when this was filmed).
What he did do a good job of though:
-Outlining symptoms of aging
-Reasonably sound diet recommendations (Fairly paleo diet)
-Important lifestyle recommendations: sleep, exercise, and stress management particularly

Agreed as well, he does have a weird deathist bend at the end where he says that aging is good even though he has been telling us how to avoid its symptoms the whole video.
