I was wondering if anyone knows about research being done (or if it's even feasible) that stem cell therapy could one day be used in female-to-male reassignment surgery. Or to go beyond that, to even create fully functioning testes or ovaries for the transsexual community?

Regrowing nerve or skin tissue and organs is one thing, but this seems to be more complex (as you'd need to be able to direct the growth based on sex), but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility and would be preferable to current surgical methods.
