Piracetam. It has no many benefits besides just helping one on their path to improved cognition. It also has the most research and the best safety profile.

Ur mum is the best racetam (I have poor impulse control).

Piracetam for every day use. I use between 2 and 9 grams per day split over 1-3 doses.

Oxiracetam for study. 2x1600mg doses works best for me.

Aniracetam tends to reduce my attention span and make me feel spaced out.

I take almost 4 grams a day once in the morning. I following this with CDP choline about 45 mins after and then again 5 hours later.

Working pretty well so far. I once took 12 grams over a day; didn't like it. I felt overstimulated.

It definitely has a perceptible affect on me. Mainly it's that my thoughts flow more clearly and I'm able to better mentally organise information.

...yet with an intriguing ability to self observe and provide a precise commentary while still refraining from suppressing the impulse. Not something I observe often (in others).

I find a mix of Pira and Ani effective. I back it up with centrophenoxine.
