hi everyone! I am 19 years old and in my 2nd year of college. All throughout high school I never really found it hard to concentrate. My first year of college went well I guess. I finished with a 3.3 GPA. But this year I find it soooo hard to concentrate while studying. My mind will continuously wander while I am trying to study. I am experimenting wit nootropics right now but I think I need to seek professional help because it is starting to affect my grades. The problem is I'm afraid to admit to having the problem. I don't want to be labeled as having a learning disability. What do I do? Has anyone went through this before? I feel like a lost puppy:( lol

How do you expect us to help you in admiting you have ADD? Until you do that step we cannot help much. Seek an evaluation from a specialist (psychiatrist at best). They might offer it at your college.
