I haven't done much, ok any, research on soil nutrient depletion from industrialized farming under-implementing fallow land and re-enrichment programs but it seems that the one issue of increasing algal blooms in ever shifting ocean regions could be harvested for fixing that problem of soil depletion.

Same goes for increased seaweed growth in certain regions since it has such a great mineral profile. If anyone already has some research in that vein I would heartily appreciate it. Hey natureboy, Mitkat! I'm talking to you!
