Has anyone seen the video of him at armistice day? He really struggled to lift himself out of his wheelchair to walk a few meters to place a wreath but he just couldn't due to fraility :(

Amazing that he is so mentally sharp anyhow, and what a horrible story from the first world war.

cool, a survivor from world war I? i once met an old guy in his 90's when i was in middle school, i think that guy was in the war front/battlefield at the great war in europe
