Consider taking a B-Complex along with extra B12 (Methyl-Cobalamin)
Choline sources (Alpha-GPC, CDP-Choline) work quite well for me.
Vinpocetine improves blood flow to your brain.
For a quick boost, have you tried 5-hour energy ?
Question: do you have problems with focus, or are you looking for a boost ?

I have been here for over two years and after over 1000 posts, I am still looking for something "that works". Start wish fish oil and a good multi. That's about all I can recommend, but nothing astonishing otherwise everyone would be using it.

Here's the problem with a proprietary blend.
Lots of times you don't know the exact composition.
If there are side effects, you won't know what causes them.
Instead I'd just start from the ground up, and build your own stack,
adding one thing at a time.
That way you'll figure out what works for you.
Personally speaking, I haven't had much benefit from those blends.
For instance how much Alpha-GPC is in the supplement you mention ?
Is it enough to do anything ? (something like 300mg/day is a reasonable dose)
It's really hard to say.
Also, the useful amount of Omega-3 is in the gram range.
I really doubt a few mg will do much.

What about more traditional Noots like Piracatem and deprenyl aren't they good for memory? How come no one has talked about them?

Ingredients look pretty weak to me in them of the good stuff, looks like they've just thrown everything they can find in it in tiny doses ....all combined though could work well, let us know how it goes....

That is true, but at the same time there are always new products being released...

Name one nootropic (not a formulation) that exists today that was not around 2 years ago. Nothing significant that I know of.

I agree... Sorry, I meant formulation rather than nootropic.
