I am new at this and currently taking women's one a day along with 2 1200mg of fish oil tablets and 1000mg of B12 (for energy).

A friend is trying to convince me to buy Lifepak Nano which cost $140.00 a month. I am 27 years old. She told me it is the best vitamins for skin, hair, etc. After trying to find reviews on these vitamins, this was the only website (unbiased) that I could find.

But after reviewing all posts, I think that AOR ortho care maybe just as good. Any opinions? I really want something for energy, skin, hair, and most important health. Is there a big difference between the two?

Thank you so very much for your time!

Ortho Core hands down wins, its even cheaper and best of all no bogus mumbo jumbo about nano technology and smoke and mirrors.

Seriously if you are willing to spend $140 a month go with ortho core, some fish oil and then take a look at these forums and maybe add some things like Resveratrol, Lipoic Acid, Acetyl l-carnitine etc.

I'll have to second that.
Can't beat Ortho-core.

If you want to improve your hair/skin, there's other things
you could try like Pomegranate, Silicon (BioSil), etc.

If you search, there should be a fair number of threads dealing with skincare here.

Welcome to Imminst.

For example, in the 'skin health' subforum. :)

LOL no mumbo jumbo, - I'd agree on Ortho-Core for a basic and well thought out sup complex (next to a decent diet).

BTW, in price difference between low/medium dose Ortho-Core and Lifepak Nano, - also think how many bananas you could get, even paying for them............
