I think that lightning makes a big difference. Shadows or very bright lights tend to hide flaws which makes almost anyone appear younger. I think in the pictures where matt doesn't use the flash he looks about 23, in the others about 17

Maybe in one or two of them, but they all have tell tale signs of their age somewhere. It's impossible to hide it for most. I've only seen one or two people in my life that could have fooled me. I do hope we don't have to wait long. I suppose estimating age is looking for the weakest link and assuming based on that. We've made some great strides with some products that fix this and that temporarily, but no actual cure for gammut of aging unfortunately.

This is very interesting, they interview people who look younger than their real age.. Just look at the pictures, do you agree that they really look younger?

Jared Leto, 41, was mentioned many times on this forum but do anyone here knows his secrets, because he seems to become younger every year. I think he is some kind of record holder in aging. He looks twice younger on many of his pictures. Here are his most recent photos:

i have 41 in 7 months . its like my situation. without hard chirurgical intervention, leto has some good some gene. ok.
but he is very attentive of himself and use the best technical to stay young (led, light pulsed, may be hyranulic acid, sport, make up, not work too much, good food, no child..). believe me, its a lot of work and its 24/24h in his mind for him ! he is very tricky.

the secret is not one technical but a lot of in one combinaison.

Well if anyone wants a professional photo I am available in Northen Virginia, www.photography29.com I look a bit younger without facial hair and maybe losing another 15 pounds would help too but I am generally considered younger looking for my age of 43 by friends, not dramatically but better than most people I know in my age bracket.
