Does anyone here take Casein, or other slow digesting Protein specifically before bed, so your body doesn't go catabolic overnight?

I wanted to incorporate this into my regimen, but would like to hear some informed advice first ;)

As DukeNukem has informed may of us, Casein protein could possibly be a potential carcinogen. In order to avoid catabolism overnight, you could maybe ingest something protein rich, such as chicken or beef. Another option is to ingest whey protein but slow down its digestion perhaps by using EFAs or some form of fibre.
