Hey all,
Hope this hasn't been posted yet, I just read this 10 seconds ago.

This would seem to be against what some and I think Michael has said about the fear of high selenium levels causing diabetes-like effects.
Regardless, I still think we should stick with only the SeMC form (Se-Methylselenocysteine) and not take more than 55-200mcg per day total of all sources. And I would never take just 1 single supplement on it's own. If worried about diabetes, there's some interesting research showing how high vitamin D3 intake cuts diabetes at least in children by some 79%. You get my drift... there's many great nutrients out there, and though care should be used. I believe at least personally that I feel better than ever, and I'm taking a ton of things.
