I noticed a high iron content in NOW eve. Would this be bad for someone who no longer has her period?

Is there any reason why she couldn't take ADAM instead?

ADAM contains saw palmetto and nettle root extracts in doses large enough to be problematic for women. look into the rainbow light one-a-day for women or jarrow 1-3 multi ... the dosing is very similar.

I'll try the rainbow light since you get more servings. Thanks for the recommendation.
