I'm all anti-meds for the most part but my sister was studying for the LSAT at the same time and she was using Adderall. I tried one pill and I was sold sold!

NAD by NOW also gives me an unexpected focus and concentration.

Anyways, good luck! I hope you practiced 'nough questions.

but you're gonna be a doc and "stole" [or experimenting] your sister's prescription drug huh? what an "enlightened" doc you'll be :)

i'm anti-drugs mostly, anti hard things, but some conditions just require meds ,

i'm ALL FOR nootropics and brain supp

Is this supposed to be an insult? Maybe I need another Adderall but I do not see how this is a positive contribution. :)

it's not meant to offend. sorry if it feels so. but i've known such cases of docs who believe adhd, ocd, countless things are not really "real". like some say obesity is not a disease.

good luck on the step 1, looks like you've found the noot that works for you

Probably most doctors and scientists are on adderall, actually. I would not recommend it as it takes some time to get the hang of the dosing and see its effects. Your effects might be good, might be nothing, and might be obsessing throughout the test on the first problem or horrible anxiety. It's also not going to last 8 hours and you might get a crash halfway through. The biggest thing is simply to relieve stress and do it calmly - I've always been a great test taker and I think that's why I do so well. You're not going to get much out of most of these nootropics without experimenting and you'll probably get little or nothing from most of them depending on your brain chemistry. For a quick fix, the only one you are likely to have success with is the nicotine patch. I wear a quarter of one every day and it is more effective than even the adderall in a lot of ways.
