I bought and opened a big bottle of vitamin C caps a little less than a year ago. http://www.bulknutri...roducts_id=1754
I noticed today that their color has shifted from white to a more... yellowish-pink grey color (or something).

What can be the cause? Is it still safe/useful?

I would guess either moisture has gotten in the caps or the contents have oxidized.

But why risk using it? Vitamin C is cheap, just throw it out. Buy a smaller amount next time, say a 3 month supply instead of a year+.
