So, I'm almost 23 but my forehead is really far from as smooth as it should be. I can begin to see creases forming which of course makes me concerned and I'm sure adds to my worry lines.
While I'm exploring other solutions (perhaps TCM) to address my overall wellbeing, and then hopefully my wrinkles, I had a question about the kinds of creams/supplements I could use to address 1. wrinkles
2. stress

I know that sun screen is best, but this doesn't take away lines. What would? What would help with combined skin that also has acne?

I add the second part, because I need to somehow be able to focus with reduced stress or my forehead will continue to crease. I am wondering if there's something I could take as a meantime treatment until I figure out my greater overall health?

If anyone has suggestions on those, or if I could be clearer on my post, please say.

Thank you.

Do you really have wrinkles at only 23? I'm sure people here will recommend a prescription retinoid.

I not really too well informed about these things but the wrinkles on your forehead are most likely do to the muscles there being overly contractile. I recommend botox (don't be scared) to relax them and as a preventative for further wrinkles down the track (especially wrinkles that come from continually folding the skin, creating creases in the collagen).

Oh and wear sunscreen (look at previous posts on this forum).

I've seen 18 year olds with wrinkles on their forehead. I think the main cause is expressions/facial animation.
