I just read your cryonics story there. That was nice. It was great. It needs a little touching up but not much. The story line seems perfect and nearly perfectly worded to me. You can see your netherlands accent coming through but I think thats alright. I especially like the ending part where they both wake up in the hospital.

I could see this story being turned into a play, a cartoon or a short video. I would keep posting it around the cause communities where necessary. It could be picked up and put in with other short stories of its kind for publication, or you could consider publishing it as a short pamphlet type thing. You should definetly add this to digg too.

Thanks for the compliments, BP :)
But what do you mean with 'netherlands accent'??
bout the little touching, I changed the dutch version a little bit, but didn't add the changes to this version.

About the ending of this story, I like happy endings. stories with a bad end are not funny.
that is why I have always a happy end to a story of mine :)

This one is superb. Im going to try to make a poster of this for myself with the imminst logo and a catch phrase and a little info on it.

So lets see if we can get that art team together with in the next two weeks here. There are a few interested people. Lets brush up the rough draft and move it a long a bit. Im thinking we can create a flyers and art team suggestions topic and then you and the team can moderate that topic and take the good ideas and add them to a permanent list in the imminst wiki that you can work from. It would be a volunteer team with out much pressure, but you could set some loose guidelines and goals. Maybe say, one picture every three weeks or so as a minimum or something like that. So lets fire up this team and transfer it from its rough draft on line #18 to its corresponding official spot in LEEEP just as soon as me and you can get together and hash out a few of those details.

Thanks,

You have a PM about the art team :)
It would be nice to collect the art of creative people from imminst. :)

Mabey it is a good idea to have a chat like yesterday about it again, but we have to find a time that is all right for the both of us and the others who are interested in joining the art team.

Your welcome.

This cave man picture looks good but it would look even better if there were a cave in the picture and maybe a small fire pit. Maybe if the hair was a little messier. Im not sure that people would know it was a cave man, they may think its maybe, hercules, and that the point of the picture wont grasp them immediately. The bubble may also be better off if it were a little bit further up rather than over lapping with the cave man.

This is just my subjective interpretation though of course. I may be wrong. All these drawings your compiling are growing into an awsome asset. Once I get a printer that works Ill be making flyers out of a lot of your drawings, and or using the ones you already turned into flyers.

Another slogan I was thinking of yesterday was something like, "Help end aging for the cause of unlimited lifespans today. If you dont your just killing time, and if you keep it up, we may just all find we'll be killing time for eternity." Theres a song that goes something like that but I think it makes a great slogan. Ill have to think about how to catagorize slogans too. Probably just a topic asking for them. Ill have to look at the current topics and think about it. Let me know if you have any ideas on that too.

Agevivo, there may be something in those general concepts, keep up the brainstorming.
