Just a little something I thought some of you would be interested in checking out. Personally, I was pretty happy to see the section added to the Amen Clinics website, finding that it gives me a more thorough understanding of what I take. A few things I was surprised to see:
-The absence of Inositol (Dr. Amen usually recommends this vitamin for OCD & depression.)
-Absence of Racetams (In Healing Anxiety and Depression, Amen recommends Piracetam for Cyclic & Temporal Lobe anxiety & depression types.)
-Possible side effect of Taurine... DEATH!? good thing I'm not dead yet. But I'm sure this probably pertains to those who're highly sensitive to Taurine.
Anything you guys were surprised by while reviewing the list? Anything you may, or may not agree with?
