I found a nice fruit juice drink thats 80% Pomegrante and 20% Blueberry, however it comes from concentrates. The 1 Litre bottle says there is 1.2kg of fruit per bottle, so is it still worth it?

Whats the main reason concentrates have been given a bad name? I'm guessing its because you cant tell how much fruit to water is in there? (so could be very watered down, then some drinks add sugar to compensate). But surely it could still be a healthy drink? Squeezed juice has lots of water in them too (just natural fruit water). Blueberrys are very expensive and I cant find fresh Pomegrantes here in Oz :(
