According to someone in [url=http://www.imminst.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=25440&hl=stomach]this thread, and someone else I know, it's a bad idea to take anything with protease if my stomach is recovering from damage. The thing is, until then, I was taking NOW Super Enzymes and it didn't hurt one bit. Better still, it made my stool normal. Now it's back to how it was before soft, sometimes almost diarrhea-ish. The other side of the coin is that there has been a ton of damage to my stomach (read linked thread for why), so much so that I was numb and couldn't feel the damage certain things were causing to my stomach. For instance, I used to smoke and didn't realize what it did too my stomach. Now after quitting, even if I smoke hookah it hurts my stomach, meaning it's healed a lot and some feeling is back.

Not sure what to think, but I would really like to crap normal.
