What's your opinion on their range of supplements? They seem to be a bit overhyped but the quality might be good nonetheless.

The ones I am interested in trying:

Superfood
Flameout
Surge Workout Fuel

Are these good value? Please suggest cheaper and/or better alternatives, if possible.

They are expensive. And typical supplement industry hyping in the write-ups.

I won't purchase their products merely because of the way they conduct business. Some of those products are just marketing crap and the way they interpret studies to back their products is bordering insanity. I believe if you search feedback form their products some people have had a high incidence of sides. I recall a number of people complaining about rectal bleeding or blood in their stool while using mag-10. Of course it could have been just a few people posting everywhere but aside from their forum the feedback is not good.

I liked Superfood but the price seems ridiculous. So I decided to go with this cheaper alternative for my shakes:

The list of ingredients might be a bit shorter, but I have most of the missing fruit & veg in my regular diet anyway.

How about Greens+? Is that good?

What's a good replacement for their workout fuel product?

The quality is nice, but if you do the math, you will see the markup is quite high.

Superfood - eat more fruits and veggies. The product is nice, but way overpriced.

Flameout - Costco fishoil. You may have to take more capsules, but flameout is about twice as expensive in epa/dha content.

surge workout fuel - use chocolate milk for postwork recovery.

I used to be a biotest supplement whore..... I then found out I could source and cap the supplements myself and save a good amount of $$$.
