For the members here who know more about fat and cholesterol what would you say is the optimum daily level for dietary cholesterol? I have the cron-o-meter and according to it I'm already at 194% of what I need in a day from my breakfast meal alone.

This is what I ate this morning:

1) Scrambled eggs (cracked open three shells) with no salt and cooked with Canola oil and a fat free turkey frank

2) Cup of thawed Blackberries

3) Oatmeal prepared with whole milk and I added ground cinnamon to reduce the effects of sugar

How could I have passed the DV cholesterol level with only eggs and milk? Is the cron-o-meter accurate or is there a different DV for cholesterol? The meter also shows high levels when I eat seafood (shrimp, octopus, salmon).
