We are developing a Chapters section for Imminst. If anybody wants to get in on that discussion then please do. It would help a lot. Captainbeefheart and I have discussed a variety of options and are getting ready to test one out. We could use more minds to run this through to get feedback and fine tune this.

There is a group out of San Diego that meets online and is open to anyone from any location. You just have to say you're from SD or thereabouts or it won't let you sign up. I'd like to see it grow into something where it helps local groups get started. Like having a startup group from one local or another that meets at a sports bar with a webcam and big screen TV hookup during it's quieter hours. I'm not the founder and actually reside in Delaware though, but I'm bringing that up in the next meeting via google hangout.

I am from Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey.  About ten minutes from downtown Manhattan and a half hour from 33  Street.   I am looking to join a community of people with these interests ...  

NEW LONGECITY LIFE EXTENSION RESEARCH ADVOCACY GROUP WILL BE STARTING IN NEW YORK CITY. IT IS FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN PROMOTING THE CAUSE. ALL GROUPS ARE INVITED.

 

Our goal is preventing and curing all diseases, controlling the aging process and radical resuscitation. The science and technology necessary for doing this are within sight. We should change the public's paradigm that this is not possible. We will eventually raise money for research, work with other groups and do advocacy.

 

This meeting will introduce concepts and ideas that will help advance the cause. We will solicit ideas.

 

The meeting will take place on Monday, August 18 at 6:15 PM at 60 Wall Street, NYC. To get there you can take the 2 or 3 IRT subway line. You will come out into the atrium where the meeting will take place.

 

A paper on the table will say, “LongeCity Meeting”.
