Recent experimental evidence suggests livings things, such as plants,

Why do you consider " New evidence" a booster post and what is the catcher catching?

You have made a claim dmarett; you have not provided any evidence. One link, no data, no explanation even of the terms you apply. You could do a better job of presentation if you desire any credibility be attached to your claims.

Not to mention the website you link is full of errors and misrepresentations.

for example, the site intimates that Reich was persecuted during the McCarthy times for his medical theories. In fact, Wilhelm Reich was a member of the ICP(later expelled), for which he came under suspicion. Later, he was issued an injunction at the behest of the FDA for making claims to cure or prevent disease without oversight. (specifically he sold and promoted his 'orgone accumulators' as a cure for cancer). He violated this, and was cited for contempt of court.

Also, although this is unrelated, Wilhelm Reich is largely regarded as a crank, both during his time, and now. He was expelled from the International Psychological Association after his theories became more unscientific in 1934.

He did write one good book, called The Psychology of Fascism, which was very popular(particularly in non-Axis countries). However, in later years he rewrote the book to include his theories of orgone and orgasmic psychology, and 'uncorrupted versions' are hard to find.

In closing, Reich was a crankmonkey, and this site is just a thin excuse to sell magic radios to gullible yahoos. Thanks, but no thanks.

Life energy can be seen around people as an electro magnetic feild, in a sort-of egg shape. It has been proven useing some kind of very expensive camera, but unfortunatly..... I cant find the site where i read this... sorry

Though I do know that this is true from personal experience. There is a gland up in your brain, the pineal gland, it has been proven to be sensitive to light, small undeveloped creatures who live underground use it to see. But it is still very present in human beings, and you can train yourself to see using it along with your eyes, and when you do you can see the electromagnetic feilds.

This is a very old practice dating back before christ, called opening the thirdeye.

So there really is such thing as life energy, at least as far as im concerned. : )

I think what you are referring to is the Chinese meditation technique called qigong. Some Chinese believe the body has some kind of life energy that can be controlled for the purpose of healing or self-control.

Medical qigong treatment has been officially recognized as a standard medical technique in Chinese hospitals since 1989. It has been included in the curriculum of major universities in China. After years of debate, the Chinese government decided to officially manage qigong through government regulation in 1996 and has also listed qigong as part of their National Health Plan.

I don't know if it has anything to do with qigong, but it is true that some people has been trained to control the thermal energies of the body. I have seen that in effect with thermal imaging cameras. It is the same technique alternative healers use to heat up their hands to get some kind of healing effect.

Many people have claimed that a healing effect really occur, and I distinctly remember seeing some documentaries about it. I personally think it is a kind of placebo effect created by the subjects brain in response to the energy sensation, and the conviction that the person really have healing powers.

Yes, Qigong involves using life energy, but its not the only thing. Throughout eastern cultures there are practices of involving life energies. Depending on where you are, it can be called chi, ki, qi, or kundalini (from my experiences anyway).

But if you truely want to know about life energies, you should do it first hand, which is why I brought my back up, new and improved, to teach everyone how to use energy. It takes time, but everyone can do it.

Its very important to have an open mind. I have been to numerous sites that share some of my ideals, but a large population of visiters where young people, with wild imaginations, and critics, only there to put down people; which is what started to happen to my own site, so I basicaly gave up. But I do know other people who practice using energy, and some very close freinds of mine.

But I trust the population of the Imm.Inst. will come with open minds.
