What is a recommended dosage schedule that one should follow to get the maximum benefit from piracetam? What dose (in mg) does one have to take at the beginning of the trial - I've seen the terms "loading phase" and "attack dose" thrown around - and how does that dose change throughout?

I would really like to figure this out so I know how much piracetam I should order.

A question relating to that ... does piracetam expire? Is ordering pills in bulk a best practice?

Piracetam is safe.

Find what dose it does well in you - experiment. Everyone's optimal dose is different.

Most times, mine is 4.4 grams. Other times, it's too much. sometimes, a little does wonderfully.

You're asking a subjective question with expectation of an objective reply - in regard to Piracetam, it varies widely.

I just purchased a tub from amazon 1fast400. There was no exp date on it. I dunno what the deal is with that. The bulk 700g piracetam lasts for 4-5 months or more so you shouldnt need worry about buying enough. It's something that's going to last you a very long time. I dont know about the loading phase or attack dose but from what I have read here the daily dosage varies widely one guy here takes 4.4g a day I am at 2.4. The pills are going to cost you considerably more what the vast majority here do is buy a capsule machine and some gelatin capsules. In a hour you can make a couple hundred capsules.

I have read that supplementing piracetam with a choline source is necessary to receive the most benefit from piracetam. Which choline source is typically recommended? What ratio of piracetam:(choline source) is recommended?

That's not necessarily true. I'd trie without first, then add some in slowly once you think you have the right dose.

That sounds like good advice. Still, I have been reading multiple forum posts about the topic of choline, and I have narrowed down my options to three choices:

CDP Choline
Alpha-GPC
Centrophenoxine

I get the impression that, dependent on the choline source, different "feelings" occur. Does anyone have experience with any of the above three options?
