Are there any studies that show B-vitamins being delivered better sublingually? I've read R5P if delivered orally just converts back to riboflavin, P5P (here on this board) has poor oral bioavailability, and methylcobalamin is delivering an active.
Are there any studies showing sublingual method versus oral period?
I know we've discussed NAD+, and I love that with MB12 in the morning...sublingually. I just wanted to know if there's good data to support it.
