Okay so, another site that does not make you wait a week just to tell you they cannot process their order? And one that doesn't charge 50$ for a small tube of tretinoin? Thanks.

Sorry but ADC sucks!

So their having issues with a payment processor. BIG DEAL. Good grief dude get over it. Do we all REALLY need to read the letter they sent you?
How many posts do you have to continue to talk about your ordering experience with them? I will continue to do business with them.

Good for you, you want to recommend another site or move on with your life? If you don't wanna read it, don't. Simple as that.

Okay maybe I should have titled the thread 'alldatchemist officially sucks FOR ME'. But nonetheless I am sure people comprehend my frustration. Now I attempt to move on to another site.

I've ordered from them numerous times and I've not had an unresolvable issue. I had an problem with one order that was cleared up following email and phone contact, albeit after an interval of several days. Ordering from them can be quite cost effective, but you have to order "in bulk" to achieve cost efficiency.

I don't mind any of that. It was mainly the fact that, after waiting over a week for them to charge my credit card, they told me they couldn't. And this is my first venture into topical tretinoin. I wanted something I didn't have to wait a millenium for. Maybe I will try them again in the future, when I have a stock of tretinoin already in my posession and not in danger of running out thus can wait that long for it.

UPDATE: I recently ordered 12 tubes of retin-a gel. I haven't got around to paying them but still sent me the product. It arrived yesterday. So really, there's no change in the procedure. If anything it's quicker now.

Well there has to be a reason then why my experience with them sucked and yours was so pleasant. Maybe it is because I used a prepaid visa and for some unknown reason customs does not allow prudcts shipping from india with prepaid visa cards. I have no idea, but it frustrated me to hell.

You're also in sweden, which might have a bit to do with it. Sweden tends to be a more socialistic/open society, and I am assuming the customs aren't as strict as U.S. But I could be very wrong.

I wish I was in Sweden! Swedish chicks are hot! Aussie chicks chew tobacco, devour beer and cigarettes and generally swear like sailors.

I've ordered from them twice and have been thoroughly pleased with the service, shipping speed, and price. It's particularly impressive that they provide shipment tracking. My package arrived in the US just six days after placing the order. Customs held it up for almost a week after that, so in total it took about two weeks for my order to arrive - which I feel is quite reasonable given the prices.

I would love to order with ADC but they do not ship to Germany unfortunately.
German customs are tough but ADC misses a big market for sure. I contacted them twice, but received the same prepared message.
Are there any compareable cheap sources for Retin-A currently? We pay 20-25€ / 20g 0,05 tube in Europe, currently.

They don't ship to Scandinavia either. Welcome to the world of intellectual property rights, Big Pharma and endless bureaucracy.

ADC re-ships the order in case the customs seize it, so I can imagine they didn't make a huge profit with the countries they no longer ship to. It took me several re-shippings to get my order, but they did it.

I have never used their website, but their safe or scam rating is very good. I would be willing to bet this is a temporary issue, if they had google checkout that would explain the issue. Regardless just wanted to point out the SOS reviews.

Generally I am pleased with them, products are legit and prices WERE good, they upped prices quite a lot at some point last year. The only unpleasant time was when they didn't accept my CC while paying and I gave my CC info to some person in live chat. They processed it manually with success but unfortunately an hour later a lot of unknown purchases were made, mostly Iphone accessories etc. Luckily my CC was prepaid, so they couldn't steal much and also my bank reverted those payments and returned my money. But still, not cool, ofcourse they denied it all. In any case, don't give live salespersons any CC information, no problem with automatic checkout though.
