Engines of Creation: The Coming Era of Nanotechnology
by Eric Drexler

I've gotten about halfway through it. So far it's a pretty good book.

I'll post the txt if I get the go ahead from the admins.

Umm, Bob, dear, I hate to say this, but I would lay odds almost everyone here has either read it, or been referenced to it a few hundred times. It is sorta the NANOTECHNOLOGY BIBLE. ;) :) ;) :)

(closely followed by NANOSYSTEMS)

Also version 2.0 is available online free at: http://www.wowio.com....asp?BookId=503

Includes new appendices, as well as the Drexler Smally debate.

Stuff happens, I didn't want to post the text and get in trouble for copyright junk. It is a pretty good book. More people should read it.
