Greetings,

This is just for your entertainment during this weekend:

You can also see an ongoing discussion there (4 comments), and add your own comments there too, if you wish.

Best wishes,

Interesting article; Thanks for sharing it, Dr. Gavrilov.

I am glad we seem to be getting more and more ink as of late.

Thank you for your interest!

By the way, this popular article requires some corrections in the part where our scientific activities are described.

Damn, that was a great column. I wrote about it on my blog (I also included a link to the corrections you posted). I've written about quite a few anti-aging articles in the media, but this was by far the most positive one.

A commenter named Jeff mentioned how "pain is a constant companion as you get older." Something I feel as well. I tried to post a comment explaining that rejuvenation is a goal as well as longevity, but it did not show up yet.

Maybe they have to approve it first? I know some sites do that. We should all totally post comments, though.

Greetings,

Just to alert you that this story is now re-published another newspaper (Windsor Star), under a different title:

"Forever young? The quest for human longevity"
Windsor Star - Mar 14, 2009
http://www2.canada.c...d0-aff916504283
and
http://www2.canada.c...d0-aff916504283

Hope it helps,

Best wishes,

- Leonid
