Any constructive suggestions on nootropics - natural, pharmaceutical and otherwise - I could look at to help me with my GPA. I need to be methodical and consistent and produce work of a high quality whilst taking a heavy course-load. My courses are geared toward following the Actuarial Programmeat my school.

Many thanks,

Daniel Son.

Forget nootropics and just focus on getting adequate sleep. Dedicate enough time to your studies and you will be fine. That's what I did and it mostly worked for me.

I'm not that familiar with nootropics, but for me, a cup of coffee and a few pieces of dark chocolate result in a noticeable lift in mood and ability to concentrate. I also get better scores in the dual n-back game after those, which is what I currently use to measure effectiveness.

It kind of depends on what you're looking to improve. Some that are kind of general cognitive enhancers, nothing too hardcore, would be:

Ginkgo biloba
Gotu Kola (works well for me)
B6
B12
Piracetam with a choline source
Fish Oil
Caffeine
Ginseng
Sleep
Music
