One of our Executive Directors most successful projects, imminst ustream videos and live programming, has now got its own modifiable imminst page here:

imminst.org/tv

Its not completely new, but its new to many and the page is new. Our Executive Director, Mind, has compiled a list of the videos that he plays in there that are posted there. He has also compiled a list of some of the main guests and links to the interviews that he conducts for imminst.org/tv's main feature, the Sunday Evening Update show, in there. This may look fairly simple but I can assure you that it takes Mind a lot of time and a good amount of frustration to keep this running smoothly for us all. So many thanks to Mind!

If any of you have any suggestions for sprucing up the imminst.org/tv page then let us know here.

Imminst.org/tv is a really dynamic tool for this cause of all causes:

1. Its easy to remember, to get to and to spread the word.
2. I liken it to an ImmInst class room.
3. Its a hands down great alternative to regular tv.
4. You can interact with and listen to the top notch life extension guests that Mind very often gets for the live sunday shows that he hosts in there.
5. Its a great place for you to get involved by helping with and or hosting shows. We are working on getting an art show with cause themed peices going in there and there are many other great ideas. What part of the cause do you like to work with the most? Maybe you could do a show in there?
6. It comes with a chat room that is filled with life extensionists most 24/7 now, and chat is an additional and quicker way to communicate ,and communication is the lifesblood of any cause.
7. Its a great place to get updates because you can ask people there questions and they can tell you or direct you instead of searching for the answers.
8. I also liken it to an imminst workers office, we coordinate a lot of projects and discuss and hash out a lot of ideas there. Its a great place for anybody to work on their life extension projects.
9. Its an imminst meeting room. We hold all the meetings at this schedule there: imminst.org/meetings.
10. Its a good place for all life extensionists to get together. We have been asking more and more of the action volunteers from around the longevities communities to discuss with us there.
11. Its in ustream so that means that the more successful imminst.org/tv gets, the more exposure we will get in from the masses of people that go to ustream every day. We can make this show grow until it gets on the front page of ustream and at that point it would be known to all of the hundreds of thousands of people that go there. Ustream has a lot of grass roots type ingenuously orientated action people in it.
12. It provides another great simple way to get involved with the cause by offerening show promotion team positions. If your interested in one of those then let us know.
13. Another simple way it provides for getting involved is that it offers meeting head, meeting promotion, and meeting secretary positions. There are still a few of those open. If you are interested in those then let us know also.
14. It generates more excitement and unity and stuff to look forward to in the life extension community. Excitement and action is infectious. Much more powerfully so than aging.
15. Its a great tool to tell people about as a way to get life extensionists and non life extensionists alike to come to ImmInst and increase their likely hood of joining.
16. It can be embeded just about anywhere. You can bring this live dynamic programming and chat tool right to just about any body you want.
17. Its easy to spuce up the page and add new feeatures. Ie maybe in the future we will have multiple "channels" we can link there like a dial.
18. Its a great place to invite people that are new to life extension so you go down the list of reasons and persuasion quickly and increase the chance that they will stick around.
19. Its a great way to keep yourself motivated and in the game. Its hard to not help when the topics are playing on the video, getting your life extension thoughts swirling there, along with the ability to chat with other life extensionists about your ideas.

Dang, I didnt think Ide be able to list this many, and thats just off the top of my head, there are probably even more. Please do join us! The grim reaper is tough but hes just not prepared enough at all to combat 21rst century humanity. United we really do win. Thanks everybody, we'll see you all there.

In general, and especially when the forum is undergoing upgrade maintenance in the next few days, join us at imminst.org/tv.

There is chat, and its good to see about building more popularity for the page. It is like an indefinite life extension class room or tv station.

By going there, we also help increase our ustream ratings, where the channel is hosted, and this can cause us to spill over on to popular pages in there, which is like free advertising to the hundreds of thousands of people in ustream.
