I'm doing some reading on HSCT (hematopoietic stem cell transplantation), or bone marrow transplant, and am wondering if anyone has come across any recent advances made in this technique. Of particular interest is research relating to overcoming the problems of rejection, as HLA-matched sibling donations are rarely an option and it seems that the success rate of unrelated matched donations is considerably reduced.

Any other info would also be appreciated.

Thanks,
Aaron
