I've been thinking of doing this for a while now, and finally got around to writing a blog post on how to live forever. Or, to be more specific, it's my current strategy for trying my hardest not to die.

I thought I'd clear up some of the misconceptions about eating a healthy diet, exercising and taking supplements, and to point out that all those are just crude instruments that will hopefully increase my life expectancy to 100-120 years and thus increase the probability of me being around if/when life extension technology becomes available.

I'm not sure what my readers think of the idea of immortality, since I usually blog about the usual health stuff, but to me, all the usual health stuff is just there to help me reach the Grand Goal. If you have any comments or criticism, feel free to leave a comment in the blog. Maybe it will spark some discussion.

JLL was kind enough to allow his 5-steps article to appear on the front page of Imminst as well. Just in case anyone was yet wondering who had written the article. I would like to know how many positive/negative comments you got as well.

After changing my blog layout, all the comments have been disabled by default for some reason (this despite the fact that under Blogger settings, I have comments enabled). So no comments on this or any other new post so far. Thankfully, one reader pointed this out to me yesterday, so I went through each post by hand to enable comments. We'll see.

I see! I'll check back to see how general reactions are on the topic...
