At parties I usually get pretty sweaty, I'm not the worst one. But if there's any supplements that can reduce it I'm willing to take it. Suggestions?

Thanks..

Ginkgo can help with cold/clammy hands and feet being a vasodilator. Not sure about overall sweating though but it might be worth a shot. Takes a couple weeks to build up in your system.

I'm already taking it, but in pretty low doses, I guess I'll have to build up my dose then..

Sounds like magnesium deficiency. I had this problem as well. Magnesium helps regulate the temperature control center in the hypothalamus.

Start with the basic 400 mg per day. If you've never taken it before, you might want to do a loading phase, maybe during the weekend or something. Take anywhere from 400 to 800 or even more spread out. Be prepared to have the best sleep of your life! I prefer the glycinate (look for carlson chelated magnesium, Iherb is sold out right now but Amazon always has it) or a magnesium taurate, orotate.

This site has a lot of great info. on magnesium

A guy on TV took a Botox-treatment into his armpits to stop sweating, it seemed to work wonders.

Reduce your sodium intake to a minimum.

Malate is alright but it gives me a bit of diarrhea. I use it because malic acid supposedly chelated aluminum and should also work, in theory, like Benage by AOR.

watch your caffeine intake... anything over 100mg in one shot will make me sweat, but if i space it out it doesnt.

i found that antiperspirant applied every 2nd or 3rd day works MUCH more effectively than when applied every day.

also shave your pits... my buddy made this recommendation to me and i laughed at him, but tried it & it was very effective. i just trimmed them down with my beard trimmer (wouldnt use a regular razor here) and the sweat was reduced by 75%. be careful though the skin is very sensitive there if youre not used to shaving it.
