I just took 400mg SAMe and I think this is what gave me a headache, anyone else experienced this? Btw, 5-HTP also gave me a headache.

Other nootropics that I'm using:

-Ginko Biloba
-Piracetam
-Alpha GPC
-Selenium (10mg)

SAMe gives me headaches sometimes - i don't take it because of this.
Ginko also gives me headaches.. perhaps try dropping that out and see if SAMe still causes the problem?

Based on what you've stated - serotonergics cause you headaches. Take with aspirin.

What other supplements contains serotnergics? Never heard about it before. Btw, what could some alternatives to SAMe be? Don't want to take it even if I combined with Aspirin, because it's not recommended. What it said on the bottle: "If this product gives you a headache stop taking it."

I did a 4 day trial too. I feel like I have flu (of course that's not impossible either); some mild nausea, mild headache, and just general blahs.
