Warren Buffett adopts a notoriously singular diet, marked by a daily consumption of around five cans of Coca-Cola and regular breakfasts at McDonald's - a routine he adjusts according to stock market fluctuations (for example, choosing between a $2.95 or $3.17 menu depending on the mood of the markets). This diet, rich in sugars and calories, contrasts sharply with conventional nutritional advice. Nevertheless, Buffett attributes his longevity (at 94) mainly to regular sleep (around eight hours a night) and effective stress management, rather than to a balanced diet or systematic intake of dietary supplements.
Indeed, there is no evidence to suggest that he consumes dietary supplements on a regular basis. His lifestyle thus illustrates an approach to life based on extreme simplicity and a focus on intellectual activities - such as intensive reading (500 pages a day) - and work, rather than on constant efforts to optimize his nutritional intake through supplements.

As we have discussed, aging begins with the education of infants to learn survival mechanisms. Compulsory behaviors tend to accelerate aging. Buffett is a wealthy man who lives a stress-free life, doing what he pleases. This is a form of longevity behavior. Trump is another example; he loves Coca-Cola, which is considered a behavior leading to aging in scientific papers, yet it presents a contradictory phenomenon in real human life. Many research papers on whale longevity suggest that a low metabolic rate or a low rate of epigenetic changes contribute to their longevity. In fact, the upstream reason is that whales do not need to learn or develop skills; they simply open their mouths and have food.

Organisms without nerves have a long survival time, such as trees, bacteria, viruses, etc. Our replenishment plan is to minimize the harmful substances produced by these survival skills. As we have discussed, aging begins with the education of infants to learn survival mechanisms. I've been researching an AI on stress management with essential oils (my favorite area of knowledge) and plants.
From my bookish AND practitioner knowledge, I can say that (concerning Essential Oils) the AI results are quite good. Keep a critical eye and check, of course, but that's what you have to do anyway, whatever the circumstances.
It's a new tool for unburdening the memory, and thus freeing up mental space to go from rambling to daydreaming. 2025: Make way for serendipity!
For personal, scientific and product availability reasons:
HE : Encens (Boswellia spp.) + Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)
Plants : Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) + Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) + Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica)

Elon Musk’s dietary approach is as unconventional as his business ventures. He’s famously mentioned that he eats a donut every morning—a quip that underlines his preference for convenience and taste over rigid health rules. In interviews and social media posts, he’s admitted that he’d rather enjoy “tasty food” even if it might shorten his lifespan, emphasizing that eating is more about sustaining energy during his hectic workdays than about strict nutrition.
When it comes to managing his weight, Musk has incorporated intermittent fasting into his routine. More recently, he’s turned to weight‐loss medications—specifically GLP-1 receptor agonists like Ozempic, Wegovy, and now Mounjaro—to help curb his appetite and trim down. Although these drugs are prescription medications rather than traditional over-the-counter dietary supplements, they play a key role in his strategy to achieve a “fit, ripped” look while keeping meal times minimal.
Beyond these measures, Musk hasn’t publicly detailed a regimented use of vitamins or other supplements. Instead, his overall “diet” seems driven by practicality, favoring quick, energy-sustaining choices over elaborate, health-focused meal plans.

Atherosclerosis is the primary culprit behind severe cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke. For a long time, cholesterol has been widely considered the main inducer of atherosclerosis. Current drug treatment strategies mainly focus on lowering low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Although statins and other lipid-lowering drugs have reduced the risk of adverse cardiovascular events by about one-third, a significant number of patients still face "residual risk" and experience adverse cardiovascular events even when their blood lipid levels have been reduced to target levels. Especially in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), as renal function gradually declines, the efficacy of preventing cardiovascular diseases by lowering cholesterol diminishes, almost disappearing in end-stage renal disease patients. Therefore, finding new anti-atherosclerotic strategies beyond lowering cholesterol is currently a focal point of international concern. Professor Kong Wei's team, while analyzing blood samples from 4,236 coronary heart disease patients, discovered a startling fact: for every 1 μmol/L increase in ceramide concentration per microliter of blood, the volume of coronary artery plaque would expand by 3.7%. When the test value reaches the warning threshold, the volume of plaques within the patient's vessels may double within five years. This lipid metabolite also activates the "self-destruction program" of macrophages, prompting them to engulf oxidized low-density lipoprotein, ultimately forming lethal foam cells. It is evident that ceramide is the core driving force behind plaque growth.

This study shows that although higher levels of physical activity seem to lower the risk of death in the short term, in the long run, extreme activity does not show a lower mortality rate compared to complete sedentary behavior. https://www.jyu.fi/e...rs-new-insights

Many studies have shown that lifespan is inversely proportional to heart rate, with a lower heart rate associated with a longer life. As a result, many people engage in exercise to lower their heart rate, which implies that exercise can extend life. We believe that heart rate may also represent a person's lower neural processing rate, and it might not be due to the exercise itself.

Retraction of 2012 paper on Parkinson's fromJohns Hopkins University. Cited 67 times.
Curcumin is extremely popular in the world and has almost become a "star ingredient" in the health supplement industry, particularly highly regarded in the fields of natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and functional health.
Actually Curcumin is a PAINS(pan-assay interference compounds) and it yields several false positives, the same is true for catechol compounds.

When oxygen is low, such as heart attacks and strokes causes tissue and organ damage. The study suggests that bursting red blood cells, not blood clots, are the culprits.
