I came up with the following (provisional) diet plan and would like to hear some feedback. Please note I suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. One of the things my brain simply doesn`t allow me even to attempt is actually use my kitchen. That`s right, I can`t cook or use the microwave, etc. This means I can`t buy vegetables and wash them in the kitchen sink or whatever.
My OCD also compels me to have "dinner" at around 5 pm everyday. I can stand going out at night (after 11) but never before.

So, here we go:
Breakfast (7:10 am)
*Orange Juice (1 L, aprox. 400 kcal)
*Toufu (300 g, 111 kcal
Lunch (12:45)
*Salad (don`t really know, because I have lunch at the University`s cafeteria and am therefore unable to check)
*Water or maybe tea
*Blueberry Yoghurt (around 135 kcal)
Dinner I (around 5 pm)
*Orange Juice (1 L, aprox. 400 kcal)
*Tofu (300 g, 222 kcal - this one is different from the one I have for breakfast)
* Baked potato (maybe anywhere between 150 and 200 kcal, depending on how big it is) or an apple/banana
Dinner II (around 11 pm)
*I have no clue, maybe Strawberry/Blueberry yoghurt (for 240 kcal)?

Another thing that worries is a potential decrease in my sex drive. Little to no cholesterol intake can lead to decreased libido, or so I read. Being reckless is stupid, but depriving yourself from sex isn`t very smart either. I want to believe we`ll make it, but the odds are against us on this one.

P.S.- Oh, and one more thing. What about chocolate? What`s your take on that one, especially in the evenings (I could buy it before my first "dinner" and then eat it later at night.

What are your goals? Not sure what you mean by "making it." Offhand, it looks way high in orange juice. One-half gallon/day? I limit juice consumption to two ounces/day, and that's just for Knudsen's Very Veggie. For me, two liters of OJ would be a fructose/carb nightmare. Also looks deficient in protein. I like pasteurized liquid egg whites and whey isolate. I'd add some variety. Dinner looks like breakfast. With a potato. I like avocados (no washing), coconut oil, and salmon (you can get it cooked in a pouch or can).

Hmm, I guess it really is too high in orange juice, but I don`t know where to get the extra calories I need. 1 L of orange juice gives me 490 kcal.

I`ll take that into account, even though it might be a little bit hard get around my aversion to cooking stuff. I guess avocados and coconut oil are a good start.

I have some questions about liquid egg whites, though. Just how much of it should you have and, more importantly, how is one supposed to store it? I don`t have a fridge.

If you don't have a fridge, liquid egg whites won't work. Can you get a fridge? If not, you could use egg white powder. It may not be as bioavailable but it's probably close enough and costs a lot less than the liquid. One avocado, a tablespoon of coconut oil, and 30g of whey isolate or egg white powder would be around 490 calories.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.

Well, I suppose I could get a fridge, but I wouldn`t feel comfortable using it, so I`d rather just stick to the egg white powder and whey protein, both of which I can actually buy at my University.

I`d like to add some variety to my diet so I was thinking about maybe having one or two salmon rice balls for lunch. I went to the supermarket last night and one ball contains 190 kcal, 5.3 g of protein, 2.3g of fat, 35.1 g of carbs and 348 mg of sodium. Too much salt, perhaps?

Lots of people have different things to say about what I should and shouldn`t eat, so must admit I`m at a bit of a loss as to what I should do. I`m always told I should eat some meat, but I read that cooking meat increases mutagenic activity. Raw meat is pretty dangerous too, so I`d rather avoid eating it altogether...

What about chocolate? It probably isn`t a very good idea, is it?

I eat ~6.25g of chocolate every morning. But it's homemade. It doesn't require cooking, exactly, just melting cacao butter at around body temperature and mixing it with cacao powder and stevia. Those are the only ingredients, with three parts cacao butter to one part cacao powder, by mass. I calculate it at 7.77 calories/g. I make about six weeks worth at one time and keep in the fridge. Although, I guess there's no reason it needs to be refrigerated.
