I know there are a variety of books on the market dealing with life extension and immortality though the majority seem to adhere to one specific aging theory and the therapeutics for that theory. Examples include Dr. De Grey's SENS book, Ray Kurzweil's transhumanistic approach and imminst book on the ethics, politics, philosophy on the phenomenon. While the books all seem interesting I'm looking for one that discusses all the different theories and the research behind those theories.

I found the following book on amazon.com called The Science of Aging: Theories And Potential Therapies (The New Biology) (Paperback)
by Joseph, Ph.D. Pannowhich
it seems to be a good candidate, but I thought I'd ask here and see if any members had a better recommendation?
