Hi guys,

Relentlessimprovement.com has their sale on 60 300 mg trans-resveratrol for 24 USD in bulk, with an expiry in 7/09. I emailed them and asked about degradation, they said it would probably have a good shelf life for at least 6 months past expiry.

If I store trans-resveratrol in fridge, how long would it be good for? Would there be any danger in taking bulk-bought resveratrol stored in fridge / freezer for a year? Are there any not fun metabolites or byproducts from degradation?

thanks for your help! i want to stock up in bulk but i'm indecisive about how bad an idea it is

If you keep it at 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 Celsius) it should be good for two to three years from the date of manufacture, Also, no UV light, direct sunlght, halogen or fluorescent.

You can keep it in your freezer, sealed, until ready to use. Let it warm to room temperature before opening so that there is no moisture condensation on it, as that would likely degrade it.

F the capsules are 50% from Polygonum cuspidatumthough, I would pass it by in favor of a high urity product, 98% at least.
