Should Alpha Lipoic Acid (either ALA or NA-RLA) be taken with food or is it best absorbed on an empty stomach? Thanks for your help.

Try taking it in the morning with food, it's also beneficial to combine ALA with ALCAR.

Does it really matter whether it's taken with food or not? In the morning, I'm taking my protein shake, eat 2 pices of bread with ham and take around 35 pills including ALCAR which will probably be fine.
